I have just had all 3 members of Atlas attend our property and I don’t usually provide feedback but feel it is necessary this time. I have been going through an insurance claim for the last 20 months and have dealt with countless contractors and I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more professional, helpful team. I think people are so quick to provide poor feedback taking their frustrations out on the contractors instead of providing constructive or positive feedback but credit where credit is due. All 3 members were fantastic but I have to highlight the electrician (I believe called Will) who went above and beyond to explain everything to me. He was fantastic and a true credit to the company. Please pass on my feedback to his manager and make sure they are aware what a fantastic job he is doing.

your team has been fabulous, from Karim, and the electrical team to Mo. They helped explain the process, and made things as simple as possible. Mo has been amazing and has gone above and beyond, to help the process. He spent his own time over the weekend to help me create the list of items that have damaged. I cannot thank him enough.

I’ve recently had some drying works carried out at my property, and I just wanted to send an email of gratitude to certain members of your team. I was firstly attended on the phone by Chris, who was nothing short of amazing. His everlasting knowledge and patience was so well recognised by me. His phone manner, politeness and energetic nature positions him well in customer service. I’d like to also send my gratitude to Mo, Dougie, Ibrahim and Tariq – what a special set of people you have hired! Each and every one of made such an impression on me by not just their good work, but by their kindness, extreme politeness, friendly nature, and willingness to serve. I genuinely never bother to send feedback email to companies, but on this occasions, I have been so impressed by the set of people that I have dealt with from one company that I felt it was important to congratulate you on your excellent choices of staff.

Can I also just say thank you to the two contractors who went out to this Policyholder today. I rang you to say our PH had been told by the repair contractor that the Property wasn’t drying and gave him list of strip out that needed doing. PH was very confused and worriedand I asked if you could mention to your visiting contractors what had happened. PH was so pleased following the visit today. Feels very confident and happy now.
